Return Policy

Due to the hygienic nature of our handmade soap and personal care products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used items.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will gladly replace the item or issue a refund if the problem was our error.

If your order is canceled before it ships, a full refund will be issued.
