Due to the hygienic nature of our products, opened or used soaps cannot be returned.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. Approved claims will receive a replacement or refund.

Discontinue use if irritation occurs.
